Phyllis Gutierrez
Phyllis has been in the insurance industry since 1994, beginning her career at Town Center Insurance in customer service before earning her Property & Casualty license in 1995. Her dedication and expertise led her to become a partner in the agency—and more recently, the sole owner.
She is passionate about educating clients and helping them truly understand their coverage so they can make informed decisions to protect what matters most. Phyllis has been recognized as a 5-Star Professional Insurance Agent in Illinois for seven consecutive years, earned her Small Business Coverage Specialist (SBCS) designation in 2017, and was honored as a Dame of Influence in 2019.
Outside the office, Phyllis enjoys traveling and glamping.

Taylor Mendoza serves as the first point of contact for clients at Town Center Insurance. As a receptionist, she helps ensure every interaction with the office is welcoming, organized, and efficient.
New to the insurance industry, Taylor is eager to learn and committed to providing excellent customer service. She assists clients with auto and home insurance needs by answering questions, gathering information, and helping connect them with the right resources. Taylor takes pride in creating a friendly, supportive experience so clients feel comfortable and confident when reaching out.
